Welcome to Inventory System. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our gas delivery platform and services within the Republic of Kenya. By accessing our dashboard or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these professional service standards.
2. Safety & EPRA Compliance
All Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) products provided through this platform strictly adhere to the Petroleum (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Regulations as mandated by the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA).
- Cylinders are filled only by licensed Brand Owners or authorized distributors.
- All delivery riders are trained in basic LPG safety handling.
- Users must ensure the delivery site is accessible and meets safety clearance standards.
3. Orders & Deliveries
Orders placed via the dashboard are subject to availability and real-time verification. While we strive for "Real-Time Tracking," delivery timelines may vary based on traffic and weather conditions in your specific zone.
4. Cylinder Ownership & Exchange
Safe Future Food Firm Limited operates strictly within the LPG Exchange Pool framework. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure user safety:
- We only accept valid, branded, and non-expired cylinders for exchange.
- Inventory Verification: Our platform utilizes internal electronic tracking to log cylinder movements. We reserve the right to record and verify cylinder serial numbers upon collection and delivery.
- Refusal of Service: We do not accept cylinders that are dented, corroded, or show signs of illegal "cross-filling" or tampering.
- Ownership: Handing over an empty cylinder during delivery constitutes a legal exchange of possession under the prevailing Energy (LPG) Regulations.
5. Payments & M-Pesa
Payments are processed via secure M-Pesa STK Push or authorized payment gateways. By initiating a transaction, you authorize Inventory System to request payment from your mobile wallet. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Inventory System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of gas equipment by the end-user.
